First Visit
- Is there a problem that orthodontic treatment can correct?
- Timing of treatment--is orthodontic treatment needed now, or should intervention be delayed until appropriate growth, tooth eruption, or other factors have occurred?
- What treatment procedures will be used to correct a problem?
- Estimate of the treatment time.
- Estimate of the fee for treatment.

If treatment is indicated and you would like to pursue treatment, it would be necessary to take study records (x-rays, impressions, etc) for thorough and definite diagnosis and treatment plan. We will schedule an appointment or, in some instances, take the study reocrds at your first visit.
We would then schedule an additional appointment to review:
- Treatment options
- Type of treatment
- Plan of treatment
- Time frame that treatment will require
- Fee for treatment
- Patient responsibilities
We are pleased to provide the convenience of an on-line patient history sheet that you can fill out and print at home. Please be sure to bring it with you at your first appointment.
