Our initial visit is always complimentary.

We encourage questions from both the patient and parents, and as such, we design our schedule so that we can provide ample time to answer your questions.

We are pleased to provide the convenience of an on-line patient history sheet that you can fill out and print at home. Please be sure to bring it with you at your first appointment.
