If you or a member of your family can potentially benefit from orthodontic treatment, please call our office and we will happily schedule an appointment for you.
We have devoted considerable time and effort into designing our scheduling system to benefit our patients. Our goals are:
- To see you on time.
- To allow adequate time at each appointment to complete the necessary procedures.
- To answer your questions.
 APPOINTMENTS DURING SCHOOL HOURS
- Because we normally see patients every 2 to 10 weeks, missing school normally may occur three to five times during a school year and usually occurs at different times of the day so that the same class is not missed each time.
- In order to be fair to all of our patients, we attempt to alternate appointments between school hours and non-school hours.
LATE ARRIVALS
- We schedule each appointment for a specified period of time based on what procedures we have planned for that day.
- If a patient arrives late, we may not be able to complete all that we had planned or that is necessary to help treatment progress.
- If you believe you will be arriving late, please call our office so that we may make appropriate arrangements.
RESCHEDULED OR MISSED APPOINTMENTS
- We realize that occasionally unforeseen circumstanc
es arise which necessitate a change in an appointment or cause you to overlook an appointment.
- We will do our best to reschedule your appointment as soon as possible; however, in order to avoid a delay in treatment, it may become necessary to reschedule an after-school appointment to one during school hours.
- Missed appointments or numerous appointment changes will result in an extension of your treatment time.
EMERGENCY APPOINTMENTS
- If your appliances become loose or irritate your gums, lips or cheeks, please call our office for us to help you determine what repairs are needed and how urgent the repair needs to take place.
- Time for emergency appointments (EX: loose bracket, loose band) is alloted each day.
